According to the plan, from December 22 to 26 and from December 29 to January 1, Shenzhen will add 22 high speed trains between Shenzhen and Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station daily. Among them, there will be 2 trains departing from Shenzhenbei Railway Station and 20 from Futian Railway Station. During this period, the daily operation of high speed trains between Shenzhen and Hong Kong will exceed 200 trains.
To enhance the travel experience for passengers traveling between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, the Futian Railway Station will increase personnel to handle peak passenger flows. Special personnel will be arranged at entrance gates, ticket inspection points, exit gates, etc., to guide and provide information, ensuring smooth travel for passengers. Additionally, Shenzhenbei Railway Station will open a dedicated ticket window for trains heading to the Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station during weekends and when additional trains are running, along with opening a fast-track entrance during these times.
Shenzhen railway authorities reminded passengers that trains departing and arriving at Futian Railway Station and Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station are eligible for the “Flexible Pass.” After completing one change or exceeding the change time limit, passengers can still make up to three changes on the same day as the ticket date. Changes can be processed through the railway’s official 12306 website (or app), Futian Railway Station, Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station ticket windows, and automatic ticket machines.
